FIELD: tobacco industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an additive releasing components for smoking materials. Additive releasing component for smoking product allows deformation and has a hole through which additive is released; outer section of the wall; inner section of the wall forming a chamber inside of which additive is retained; and at least one channel between inner and outer sections of the wall for passage of air flow through component; the component is configured to transmit to the inner wall section compression force applied to outer section of the wall , and opening hole, which to the first activation of non-additive component is tightly closed to prevent the release of additive through this hole, the first action of compression force on additive releasing component enables opening holes and release of the additive, and once the action of compression force is ceased, the hole closes, and release of the additive is essentially stopped till the next action of compression force.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention are more controllable and multiple addition by user of discrete portions of additive in the flow passing through the smoking product without significant resistance to inhalation, and providing high possibility to release portions of additive in a certain direction and in a given region of a smoking product.
