FIELD: tobacco industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bearing elements of components, releasing an additive, for use in smoking products. Smoking product includes an additive releasing system, containing a component which releases an additive, and a bearing element configured to cause release of additive from component which releases an additive, in response to impact of compression force, bearing element changes value of compression force required to initiate release additive of component which releases additive, as compared with force required to release additive of same component which releases additive, in absence of bearing element, wherein smoking product is made by a method in which an additive releasing component is inserted into bearing element, after which smoking product including bearing element is made.
EFFECT: easy release of additive by user from component which releases additive, as and when it is required with well controlled release process.
