FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: cabin-ellipsoid is assembled from two hemispheres into slip matrices separately from each other. Before placement of a flexible pneumatic form the entire hemisphere is covered with a reinforced polyethylene film. Then with the help of an electric hoist the second hemisphere is extracted from the adjacent slip matrix, and both hemispheres are welded into a single structure in the form of an ellipsoid. Excessive pressure is applied to the flexible form. Then cement mortar is fed into the slip matrix to form a concrete shell only to fill in the reinforcement in the lower hemisphere. At the same time, whole the concrete mortar in the lower hemisphere is hardening, a light shell is made from a plastic material for upper hemisphere of the ellipsoid. Hot air is supplied with the help of an electric heater under a sheet of viniplast until it starts sagging into the matrix. The finished dome is installed in place. A manhole is arranged above the centre of the small support ring. The second form of cubic shape is applied to create heat insulation by means of concrete supply into the ellipsoid.
EFFECT: reduced costs, higher efficiency and easier labour.
