FIELD: computer engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering and can be used on-board aircraft, as well as in simulating dynamics and controlling aircraft flight. Device for determining spatial orientation angles of aircraft, comprising an angular velocity sensor unit and a direction cosine matrix integration unit, further includes six squaring units, two multipliers, five adders, four dividers, three square-rooting devices, three inverters and three arccosine determination units, connected to each other so that, based on signals from direction cosine matrix integration unit, angles of roll, pitch and yaw can be determined. For determination of spatial orientation angles, disclosed device implements use of maximum possible number of elements of direction cosine matrix, as a result of which, by performing multiple direct measurements with due allowance for random errors, by averaging obtained values across N measurements, variance of signal estimate is reduced N times.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of determining spatial orientation angles of aircraft.
