FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microelectronics and can be used in systems for converting analogue information into digital. Technical result is achieved by the fact that the voltage-to-frequency converter comprises an integrator consisting of a chopper-stabilized amplifier with a grounded non-inverting input, capacitor connected between the inverting input and the output of the amplifier, an input resistor connected between the inverting input of the amplifier and the VLF input, two integrator return resistors connected by first leads to sources of positive and negative reference voltages, and the second outputs are through two integrator return keys to the inverting input of the amplifier, two comparators comparing the output voltage of the integrator with the positive and negative reference voltage, logic unit is connected to outputs of comparators and generates signals of positive and negative frequency outputs of VLF, control signals of return keys and clock signal of chopper-stabilization. An additional VLF of similar structure is connected to the output of the integrator.
EFFECT: reduced delay of output information at low input voltage.
