System comprises: digital processing device, having first communication line and second communication line, wherein first and second communication lines are independent from each other, digital processor therein is configured to make: user authentication as individual or individual's authorized agent, displaying first window with content, which is stored in local medical information system, displaying second window with content, which is stored in individual's EMC account, receiving from authenticated user through second window selection of content for transfer from individual's EMC account to local medical information system, transmission through second communication line of selected content from individual's EMC account to isolated container in digital processing device, and transfer through first communication line of selected content from isolated container in digital processing device to local medical information system.

EFFECT: technical result is providing secure data transmission between remote medical systems.
