FIELD: agriculture; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building, particularly to small mechanization facilities driven by internal combustion engine or electric motor, and can be used in various technological operations with attachments or towing equipment in backyard and farming enterprises, public utility services. Motor cultivator comprises frame with steering handles with control elements arranged on it, engine including power take-off pulley and reduction gear. Running wheels are fixed on reduction gear axles. V-belt drive driven pulley with coupling mechanism in form of drive belt tension roller is fixed on reduction gear input shaft, connecting reduction gear input shaft with driven pulley with V-belt drive driving pulley arranged at second intermediate shaft. Power take-off pulley is rigidly mounted on first intermediate shaft. V-belt variator driven pulley connected by variator belt with V-belt variator drive pulley, is installed on the second intermediate shaft, mounted on the first intermediate shaft. V-belt variator consists of driving pulley with automatic and manual control mechanisms installed on first intermediate shaft central bushing. First intermediate shaft is rigidly connected with engine shaft.
EFFECT: this technical solution provides for motor cultivator functional capabilities expansion, its higher efficiency and low power consumption of performed process operation.
