SUBSTANCE: cutter comprises an electric drive installed on a body. The following components are installed on the central shaft of the electric drive - a safety coupling, a conical gear, kinematically coupled with the geared conical wheel, and a worm. The geared wheel is installed in axles with cutting working elements. The worm is kinematically coupled with a worm wheel installed in axles with running wheels. The cutter is additionally equipped with a V-belt variator made of a drive pulley with mechanisms of adjustment and control and a drive pulley. The drive pulley and adjustment and control mechanisms are fixed in an intermediate shaft. The intermediate shaft is rigidly connected with an electric motor shaft. The driven pulley is kinematically coupled by a V-belt with the drive pulley. The worm is rigidly installed on a hollow shaft, which is hingedly installed on the central shaft.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase quality of soil treatment, course-keeping ability and efficiency of a soil-cultivating cutter application.
