FIELD: environmental protection.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to environmental protection, particularly, to processes of recycling oily wastes, waste ODM-2F sorbent (waste after absorption of oil containing sewage waters) and recycled filtering and absorbing spent masses (oil and fat industry wastes), and can be used in oil-gas complexes and on waste processing facilities. Method for recycling oily wastes involves mixing preliminarily heated oily wastes with oil and fat industry wastes, adding portions of a decontaminating composition while mixing, decontaminating composition containing unslaked lime (calcium oxide) and waste ODM-2F sorbent ground to fine state; wherein waste ODM-2F sorbent is a waste product of adsorption cleaning of oil containing sewage waters; then a preset amount of water for reaction with unslaked lime is introduced; required amount of unslaked lime is determined based on water available in oily waste and water absorption of waste ODM-2F sorbent. Oily wastes are mixed with oil and fat industry wastes at a ratio of 1:(0.05-0.2). Recycled filter and absorbent waste masses are used as oil and fat industry wastes; they are produced after repeated regeneration of diatomite filtering powder. Decontaminating composition contains finely dispersed unslaked lime and waste ODM-2F sorbent at a ratio of 1:(0.125-0.25). Decontaminating composition is added to the waste mixture at a ratio of 1:(0.75-0.95) until the formation of a homogeneous hydrophobic loose fine powder.
EFFECT: use of the given method provides the enhanced simultaneous recycling of two types of class 3 oily wastes.
