FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, in particular, to panel for floor, ceiling or walls. Panel with horizontally and vertically active locking system, which comprises locking element in form of an insert, at least rotary latch and fastening section. Locking element comprises bending area, in which bending area comprises first surface bordering with latch, and a second surface bordering with fastening section. Latch and fastening section in unconnected state extend one under another.

EFFECT: technical result consists is improved strength of connected sections of panels.
