SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a wall or ceiling panel, as well as to a wall or ceiling assembly comprising such a wall or ceiling panel. Wall or ceiling panel, which at one side edge (9) comprises male connecting part (13), and on opposite side edge (10) comprises female connecting part (14); wherein male connecting part (13) comprises tab (24), and female connecting part (14) comprises groove (25); wherein groove (25) is limited by front projection (26) and rear projection (27), with characteristic, that the panel forms a panel to the ceiling and/or has a length of at least 2,400 mm.
EFFECT: wall or ceiling panel and wall or ceiling assembly are disclosed.
