FIELD: computer equipment.

SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to devices for conversion of capacitance to binary code and can be used in devices for processing information of capacitive converters of micromechanical gyroscopes and accelerometers. Invention is a digital phase converter of capacitance into a binary code containing two reference capacitors, four logic elements NOT, measured capacitance, logic element 2AND, reference frequency generator, rectangular pulses generator, XOR logical element, 2NAND logical element, pulse counter.

EFFECT: reduced number of logic elements and, consequently, reduced power consumption and occupied area on chip, as well as elimination of effect of phase noise on accuracy of capacity conversion.
