FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to activation of liquids and can be used to treat drinking water and mineralised, physiological, therapeutic solutions, as well as blood. Liquid 2, for example water, is poured into container 1. Insulated wire 3 is lowered into liquid, preferably along line of maximum length. Then direct current is passed through wire, which provides non-contact activation of treated liquid.
EFFECT: technical result is simplification, increased efficiency of treating liquid, broader functional capabilities, higher efficiency of electrochemical treatment of liquid, obtaining liquid with given properties, as well as transfer to thermodynamically nonequilibrium (activated) condition, characterised by high physical and chemical activity without changing chemical composition of activated liquid.
