FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, aims at executing infusion and transfusion procedures with using activated therapeutic solutions and can be used in introduction of bulk of a fluid - normal saline, blood, glucose, etc. with drug substances added. An infusion and transfusion therapeutic device comprises a dropper consisting of a sealed package of a therapeutic solution, a medicine tube, a needle connecting the medicine tube and sealed package, an injection needle and an electrolytic cell. An activator fluid tank comprise an embedded hollow cup made of a dielectric material and holed along the full length. The electrolytic cell represents an undivided activator and is placed between the sealed package of the therapeutic solution and injection needle. The medicine tube is placed inside the electrolytic cell along its full length and wound round the hollow cup.
EFFECT: enabled activation of the therapeutic solutions, including blood and blood substitutes, immediately during an infusion or transfusion therapy provided maintaining target omnipresent electrical potential of the activator fluid (820+100 mV).
