SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to control valves. Thermally compensated valve trim apparatus are disclosed. Said valve trim apparatus according to one version includes a valve plug having a recess, an insert fixed in recess and having an opening. Insert is made of a material having a greater strength than a second material of valve plug. Valve trim apparatus according to one version also includes a valve stem, having a threaded end disposed in opening of insert to form a valve stem connection, and a spacer operatively coupled to valve plug and valve stem to affect a load exerted on valve stem connection in response to a change in temperature.
EFFECT: group of inventions is aimed at improving reliability of control valve unit.
