SUBSTANCE: control valve having a fastener for fixation of a seat ring in the valve body of the device is described. The seat ring is located in a hole in a fluid medium flow passage in the control valve housing, and the fastener is connected to inside surface of the valve body to retain the seat ring in the hole. The fastener has through threaded holes for bolts that are tightened by being screwed into the seat ring to hold down the seat ring to inside surface of the hole and/or a gasket for formation of a tight seal and prevention of a leakage when the control device is in a closed position.
