FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed mechanism displaces work tools from one position into another. Proposed actuator comprises top and bottom housings, shaft, diaphragm dividing top and bottom housings into two chambers and having central hole and sealing ledge made integral therewith and arranged along the circle of said hole to ensure tight joint between said ledge and said shaft, and plate that makes rigid base of said diaphragm to facilitate said tight joint.
EFFECT: higher reliability.
