FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rigid container with open top cover. Container includes housing (1), top cover (2) and top cover lock (3), arranged on top cover, wherein top cover is made with grooves (4) for fork grip, by means of which it can be opened by fork loader, wherein on top cover next to fork grip grooves rotary structure (5) is arranged, connected with top cover lock, and top cover lock automatic unlocking or locking can be achieved using fork loader grip teeth at their introduction or extraction from fork gripper grooves. Rotary structure comprises T-shaped part (51) to control top cover lock unlocking and working lever (52), driven by fork grip tooth, for enabling T-shaped part rotation. T-shaped part is arranged on top cover by means of rotation axis (53). Top cover lock comprises base (31), attached to container housing, head (32) installed on top cover so, that its head part can be introduced into lock base, locking element (33) for lock head retracting and withdrawal from its interaction with lock base and spring (34) for lock head pushing and its introduction into lock base.

EFFECT: rigid container with open top is capable to enable automatic operation by means of said rotary structure on top cover.
