FIELD: locksmith's work. SUBSTANCE: combination lock mechanism has a casing, locking member provided with a latch and stretching inside the casing, at least two coaxially located rotary locking units, each of them has a gear-wheel, locking disk made with a peripheral recess and attached to the gear-wheel, and a zero setting component attached to the gear-wheel; forked locking piece attached for turning inside the casing and provided with the first engaging pins, each of them is adapted for engagement with the peripheral recess of the respective locking disk, the second engaging pins, each of them is adapted for engagement with the respective zero setting component, and a locking lug for locking engagement with the locking latch of the locking member; the forked locking piece moves between the closed position in which the locking lug detains the locking latch, open position in which each of the first engaging pins gets engaged with the peripheral recess of the respective locking disk, and the locking lug gets disengaged from the locking latch, and the zero setting position in which each of the second engaging pins gets engaged with the respective zero setting components causing their displacement to the zero setting position; manipulation frame which moves inside the casing and has at least two levers, each lever is provided with moving edges, each of them corresponding to one of the gear-wheels, the arrangement is such that at definite successive movements of the manipulation frame determined beforehand the moving edges run against the teeth of the respective gear-wheels causing the respective angular displacement of each of them, at least of two rotary locking units, to a position in which all the peripheral recesses are installed in a line, thus allowing the forked locking piece shift to the open position.
