FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: method involves following steps: generating electric energy with external glass of double-glazed unit from light incident on it, supplying produced electric energy to internal glass of double-glazed unit, generating heat with internal glass of double-glazed unit from supplied electric energy, heating chamber of window, in which there is an artificial leaf in carbon dioxide gas, to natural formation of condensate inside chamber of window, generating oxygen with artificial leaf by artificial photosynthesis. Also disclosed is a window-type device for generating oxygen, including a frame with double-glazed unit, comprising an external glass of a double-glazed unit, configured to generate electric energy from light incident thereon, connected to internal glass of double-glazed unit, configured to generate heat from supplied electric energy. Also, between external glass of double-glazed unit and internal glass of double-glazed unit there is at least one artificial leaf, configured to generate oxygen from carbon dioxide gas, condensate and solar rays.
