FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, particularly to low-speed high-torque synchronous motors and generators with a fixed armature and rotating magnets, and can be used as wind generators, high-frequency electric generators and in independent power plants. Low-speed electric generator based on permanent magnets comprises a rotor with permanent magnets and a stator, as well as an armature winding. Rotor is made in form of two flat discs. Stator is placed between the discs of the rotor and is made in the form of a ring connected to a fixed shaft by pins. Armature winding is made U-shaped on the external surface of the stator with the use of printed circuit boards. Arched sections of the armature winding are integrated with radial sections. Printed circuit boards are laid in layers.
EFFECT: increased capacity, EMF, winding density, no interturn short circuits of the armature winding.
