SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric engineering, in particular to low-speed high torque synchronous motor and generators with fixed rotor and rotating magnets, and can be used as wind generator, HF electric generators and in self-contained electric power installations. The slow-speed electric generator with permanent magnets contains rotor in form of two flat disks, stator is located between the rotor disks, and is made as ring connected with fixed shaft by spikes, armature winding wound on the ring-toroid, magnets with alternating poles, installed on side parts of the rotor in slots in number from 80 to 250 per each disk. The rated speed of the rotor is 30 rpm.

EFFECT: 80 to 250 alternating permanent magnets on each rotor-disk and rated speed 30 rpm ensure efficiency of the slow-speed electric generator with permanent magnets due to its improved design.
