FIELD: radio engineering and communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio electronics and can be used to solve problem of shielding module units from interference and stray radiation. Said result is achieved by making a recess in a multilayer printed circuit board, at bottom of which there are active (chips) and passive elements (capacitors, inductance, resistors), to be shielded. Along perimeter of recess transition holes are formed under vertical sputtered conductors, spaced apart by distance much smaller than wavelength of spurious radiation, vertical conductors connect required conductors in layers of printed conductors with conducting layer on dielectric substrate or with a conducting substrate. Conducting layer or conducting substrate is earthed, conducting layer or conducting substrate is connected to elements in recess in need of earthing. In recess are active and passive elements are connected with conductors by microwelding, finally, conductors by means of a conductive adhesive are connected with cover made of current-conducting rubber.
EFFECT: complete shielding of units of electronic module on multilayer printed circuit board from external spurious radiation in frequency range of unit Hertz to tens of GHz.
