FIELD: pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of pharmaceutical dosage form containing rosuvastatin calcium salt. Pharmaceutical dosage form contains tablet core, coated by spraying of sublayer forming polymer. Sublayer is covered with layer of active agent by means of spraying solution, which contains rosuvastatin calcium salt, calcium acetate and polymer hydroxypropylmethylcellulose/polyethylene glycol in water. Layer of active agent is additionally coated with external layer, containing polymer hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and iron oxide.
EFFECT: pharmaceutical dosage form under invention is stable for long period of time.
