SUBSTANCE: invention provides a pharmaceutical composition which is a single-dose dosage form comprising a compartment containing olmesartan medoxomil and a compartment comprising rosuvastatin or its salt, wherein the said compartments are formed in the isolated form. The compartment containing olmesartan medoxomil comprises from 7.5 to 65 wt % of hydroxypropylcellulose with a low degree of substitution. The compartment comprising rosuvastatin or its salt includes one or more disintegrants selected from the group consisting of crospovidone, hydroxypropyl cellulose with a low degree of substitution, croscarmellose sodium and carboxymethylcellulose calcium. The disintegrant in the said compartment with rosuvastatin is present in the amount of from 2 to 20 wt %. The pharmaceutical composition is a bilayer tablet or a capsule containing granules. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention solves the problem of slowing down the absorption associated with drug-drug interactions.

EFFECT: combination drug of the present invention is bioequivalent to mono-preparation of each of the said drugs.
