FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: claimed is group of inventions dealing with treatment of hyperglycemia in patients with type II diabetes mellitus which does not cause weight gain. Claimed are: composition with immediate release in form of pill, initial granulate or capsule, containing dapaglyflozin or dapaglyflozin propylene glycol hydrate (S), methmorphine hydrochloride, hydroxypropylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, starch sodium glycolate or hydroxypropylcellulose with low degree of substitution as disintegrant and magnesium stearate, combination of claimed pharmaceutical composition with antidiabetic preparation and combination of claimed pharmaceutical composition with preparation for body weight reduction.
EFFECT: technical result consists in realisation of claimed purpose of pills, as well as in improved homogeneity of contents, strength limits and disintegration time of claimed invention composition.
