SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for generating, tracking and selling lottery tickets with image of machine-readable code for selection of a player. System for filling an order for a lottery ticket comprises a mobile device, machine-readable code image, which is created by a mobile device in response to selection of ticket buyer, wherein said image is created without communication with lottery system. System for selling tickets comprises an application installed on mobile device for forming a code image, which includes versions for selection and scanner for scanning a given image, lottery ticket and communication network.
EFFECT: high speed and accuracy of processing of orders and complete automation of selling lottery tickets.
