SUBSTANCE: invention is a system for producing organic fertilizer from domestic animal excrement, produced as a result of digestion by larvae, belonging to the two-winged order, such as a housefly, blowfly and cleg, and for producing grown larvae, which can be used as a fodder for artificial fish and poultry breeding. System comprises a plurality of breeding-processing containers for breeding larvae, grown from eggs, and device for forced displacing only larvae from the previous breeding-processing container in the subsequent breeding-processing container in the wake of growing of larvae, the larvae independently leave the said previous breeding-processing container.

EFFECT: invention provides effective production of organic fertilizer from animal excrement and lower labour costs.
