SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. A method for processing biological waste generated there at an agro-industrial facility, which provides for the crushing of waste from rinderpest, slaughter and processing into minced meat by crushing. The resulting minced meat is subjected to two-stage disinfection. In the process of primary disinfection, the minced meat is sterilized by heat treatment in a vacuum boiler at a temperature of at least 130°C for 30-60 minutes. In the process of secondary disinfection, live biomass of larvae is grown on sterilized minced meat from the young fry of Lucilia flies until the bioconversion process is completed, when the larvae reach a size of 1-1.8 cm on a protein substrate. The bioconversion process is carried out in pools, each with an area of two square meters of sheet metal with sides having a height of at least 150 mm and edges bent inward. The pools are placed in racks on top of each other with gaps between them. The racks are covered from the outside with a film and equipped with an exhaust device with a filter on top. The growing of fry larvae of flies of the genus Lucilia of the order Diptera (two-winged) and the processing of the resulting product into feed protein, fertilizer and entomological fat is carried out at a third-party specialized enterprise.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the biomass yield of fly larvae of the genus Lucilia, reduces environmental pollution.
