FIELD: blasting operations; protective devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to special equipment and can be used for suppression of fragmentation and high-explosive effects in explosions occurring as result of terrorist or criminal acts. Protective device (PD) for explosive objects isolation with rigid hollow walls and cover, is made dismountable in form of square in plan view of four and more rectangular walls in total amount of multiple 4 connected along perimeter by expandable fasteners. Length Ln+1 of each of following external four walls is determined from ratio Ln+1=Ln+2δ, where Ln is length of inner wall relative to defined outer δ is walls thickness. Walls are made hollow and filled with energy dissipating material. As fasteners at each wall one end and side surface are "Velcro" type connections. Fasteners are made in form of plastic clamps.

EFFECT: invention allows improving protective device properties for isolating of high-explosive and fragmentation effects, especially for ED, located near wall or in corner.
