FIELD: engineer devices applicable for provision of safety at detection and disposal of explosive mechanisms and storage of blasting charges. SUBSTANCE: the device has peripheral and upper vessels of elastic material. They are filled with a dispersing agent and form a working cavity open from the bottom for placement of the explosive mechanism. Provision is made for a device for shielding of fragments and an appliance for carrying or transportation by a robot. In the upper vessel positioned above the working cavity provision is made for a through hole closed with a detachable stopper for introduction of observation instruments in the working cavity, diagnostics and/or destruction of the explosive mechanism. The peripheral vessel is made with a slope of the inner wall to the horizontal plane at an angle of less than 90 deg. on its entire height or on its largest section, mainly with a curvilinear generating line, which imparts a bowl shape to the working cavity. A grate is installed on the upper end of the peripheral vessel, which limits the deflection of the lower wall of the working cavity with the walls of the hole and stopper or the mentioned instruments downwards relative to the horizontal position under the action of gravitational, inertial forces and/or vertical outer load on the stopper and instruments.
