FIELD: treatment plants.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a filtering element, particularly to a device for gas filtration, preferably of a vehicle ventilation system. Filtering element (1) has at least one filtering body (2) from filtering material (5), bearing structure (3) for arrangement of corresponding filtering body (2), and inner space (4), which is closed in circumferential direction (6) with bearing structure (3) and at least one filtering body (2) and which is limited in axial direction with bearing structure (3). Bearing structure (3) is cast on the said at least one filtering body (2) to form a single-piece plastic assembly. Bearing structure (3) includes two axial ends, of which at least one end is made as open end (17). Open end (17) covers in circumferential direction (6) connecting hole (18), which is connected by the fluid medium in axial direction with inner space (4). Filtering body (2) contains an infolded filtering material and has several pockets of V-shaped cross-section, which adjoin each other in the circumferential direction. Open outward pockets and open inward pockets are alternated in the circumferential direction. Open end (17) comprises one row of teeth (20) arranged to adjoin each other and passing into the connecting hole.
EFFECT: technical result is casting bearing structure (3) under pressure on at least one filtering body (2) to form a single-piece plastic assembly allowing to simplify the design and reduce its cost.
