FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to safety electric devices. Device (26) for measuring resistor (24) resistance of plant grounding comprises: current source (8) and ammeter (9), the second electric branch (22) and the third electric branch (23). Current source (8) and ammeter (9) are located on the first electric branch (21), made to connect phase (5) of supply network (3) with plant grounding (19). Second electric branch (22) is made with possibility of connection of neutral wire (4) of supply network (3) with plant grounding (19). Second branch (22) comprises a resistor (13), terminals of which are connected to voltmeter (14), and first capacitor (10), serially connected with the resistor. Third branch (23) is made with possibility of connection of neutral wire (4) of the network with plant grounding (19). Third branch (23) has second capacitor (20) with the capacitance value exceeding the capacity of first capacitor (10). Second capacitor (20) is connected in parallel to first capacitor (10) and first resistor (13). Charging device (1) for charging the battery of the vehicle contains device (26).
EFFECT: technical result is higher accuracy of measuring grounding resistance.
