FIELD: engines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rocket propulsion systems on solid fuel. Method of accelerating flying device, including a self-moving solid-fuel element (frameless rocket engine) with a flight stabilizer, wherein at start of flying device complete combustion of frameless rocket engine is provided, at that, a hollow cylindrical cartridge with a blind front cover is used as an engine, made of solid fuel with combustion rate of not less than 30 mm/s, herewith, at start-up of the device on one stabilizer several frameless rocket engines are placed in parallel to each other and their synchronous combustion in an acceleration section of the flight is provided.
EFFECT: invention provides increase in maximum speed and flight range of the self-propelled solid-fuel elements, used for active influence on atmospheric processes.
