FIELD: meteorology. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing generation of acoustic vibrations of increased intensity in atmosphere inversion layer from self-propellant solid-fuel element, which is burning in vibration mode and is provided with tail device for flight stabilization; gluing washer of slowly burning material to end of said element, with washer having open central opening and closed peripheral openings, which are openable as channel of said member starts burning; ejecting solid-fuel element into atmosphere inversion layer, with washer providing required fuel combustion mode and multiple increase of acoustic signal intensity at predetermined part of flight path of said element. EFFECT: increased intensity of acoustic action for inducing coagulation with following dropping of finely dispersed aerosol particles. 3 dwg, 2 tbl
