FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction. Said technical result is achieved in method of blocking transformation (rotation) of swing-out window flap by changing of size of active zone of interaction and/or movable contact (pin or latches, or heck, or locking lugs, etc.) and stationary (mating/locking plate, or bracket, etc.) locking elements of window fittings (locking devices). This technical result is implemented in device locking transformation (rotation) of swing-out window flap, made in form of composite part of standard elements of window fittings (locking devices)and characterized by possibility of longitudinal displacement of moving shutoff element (pin) along moving rod and fixation of this element (pin) on rod in two positions, as well as used together fixed locking element (mounting plate), having working part, elongated on stroke of moving shutoff element (pin), corresponding to turn of window handle by 90 degrees.
EFFECT: safer use of windows due to complete prevention of unauthorized opening of window flaps, while maintaining easy operation and design.
