FIELD: locking devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates in particular to latches that are locked and unlocked by magnets, which can be used to fix shutters/flaps in steady position, including swing and sliding ones, etc., used in various branches of technology. Effect is achieved by using magnetic latch, including a locking element, fixing and locking parts, adapted for installation on a movable flap and an adjacent structure, where fixing part is equipped with a body with an actuator equipped with a supporting structure with a permanent magnet, and means for interfacing with device control, and locking part includes a fixed locking bar. Fixing and locking parts are equipped with front openings, located oppositely on side of adjacent surfaces, for moving of locking element in their midst under action of magnetic forces. Locking element is made with a movable rotary fastening in opening of front hole of locking part, along one side thereof, with possibility of reciprocating movement of free end through front hole of locking part and fixing it in internal volume of body of locking part under action of magnetic forces, and locking part equipped with a movable bearing structure with a magnet, equipped with a receiving opening for mating with control element of control device handle, and travel stops of locking element and a bearing structure with a magnet within body of fixing part. Actuator is made reciprocating and is equipped with a spring mechanism coupled with supporting structure, with possibility of unlocking locking element by magnet when acting on receiving opening of control element of control device and returning supporting structure with magnet, as well as receiving opening and connected control device, into initial state while control device is being static.

EFFECT: improved operational characteristics of latch structure and high safety of its operation.
