Invention can be used for relieving the symptoms of pain/discomfort, distension/ bloating, imperative feeling to defecation and digestive disorders, and total quality of life of a subject, suffering from the functional disorder of the gastrointestinal tract, intestinal microbiota is brought back into balance and also the functionality of the intestinal wall is restored.
