HELIROTOR Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC B64C11/04 B64C27/33

Abstract RU 2603298 C2

FIELD: aviation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to propellers and rotors. Helicopter rotor comprises blades resting on a universal self-centering system. Universal self-centering system has an internal and an external bases. On each of the external and the internal bases there are fixed at least three rollers of rotation. Rollers of the external and the internal bases are interconnected by a closed flexible cable, a belt or a chain. Material (8) of the blades rests on cable (7), which together with external base (2) and internal base (1) receive the bulk of loads during lifting the helicopter. Material (8) can be, for example, tarpaulin or rubber. When using a chain the rollers of rotation are replaced with sprockets.

EFFECT: provided is reduced loads on the materials, of which the rotor blades are made.
