SUBSTANCE: invention relates to well drilling and is intended for fixation of downhole telemetric system (DTS) unit in the orienting sub used for orientation of directional drilling. Device includes an orienting sub containing in its inner channel an orienting bushing, in which there is a mounting body of the downhole DTS unit housing. On the orienting bushing there is a rigidly fixed orientation key made with the possibility to enter the mounting body slot, due to which the mounting body takes required orientation relative to the downhole motor. Besides, on the surface of the mounting body there is a slot, in which there is a spring lock. Orienting sub contains in its inner channel an additional shaped bushing installed below the orienting bushing. Said bushing is arranged in the inner channel of the sub by means of the locking key in the slot of the orienting sub. Spring lock is shaped in accordance with the thrust surface of the body and fixed with screws. Additional shaped bushing is made with a lead-in cone and a locking ledge for fixation of the spring lock.

EFFECT: provided is higher reliability of fixation of the downhole DTS unit in the orienting sub.
