FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: ice-resistant offshore platform includes above-water section 1 with horizontal process platform 2 from above, communicated with underwater part 3, made in form of displacement-type hull, anchor retention system, ballast tanks 8 arranged in displacement-type hull. Above water part 1 in area of ice waterline 9 is made in form of ice breaking cone 10, facing by narrowing downwards. Underwater part 3 upper section 11 is made in form of cone, facing by narrowing upwards. Ice-resistant platform hull is made leak-tight, with possibility of complete immersion under water. Ballast tanks 8 are made with equal volume and arranged symmetrically relative to ice-resistant platform hull 15 longitudinal axis of symmetry, and their total volume should not be less than value, defined from expression Vb.c.=Pv.p.-Pt.l., where Vb.c. is ballast tanks total volume, m3; Pv.p. is buoyancy force acting on ice-resistant platform hull, at its full submersion, t; Pt.l. is total platform immersion winches traction, t. Anchor retention system comprises anchors 5, which by ropes 6 are connected to anchor winches 7 arranged in displacing hull, uniformly along its perimeter. Platform is equipped with additional anchor system, containing anchors 12, which by ropes 13 are connected to immersion winches 14, installed in displacing hull symmetrically relative to its longitudinal axis 15 at equal distances from each other. Hull bottom 18 is rounded and symmetrical relative to its longitudinal axis of symmetry 15.
EFFECT: ensuring platform operation safety at ice fields movements onto it with thickness exceeding 10 m, due to platform immersion below ice fields (icebergs) underwater part.
