FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to heat-resistant alloys intended for parts, operating at temperatures of up to 1,000 °C in gas turbine engines. Alloy based on nickel-aluminium-cobalt system contains, wt%: nickel 50.0-62.0, cobalt 18.0-28.0, aluminium 7.5-7.8, chrome 1.8-4.8, titanium 2.2-2.6, tantalum 1.9-3.3, tungsten 2.5-3.1, carbon 0.01-0.05, boron 0.005-0.03, magnesium 0.003-0.03, lanthanum 0.003-0.06, cerium 0.001-0.02. Alloy is characterized by low density and high operational characteristics.
EFFECT: increasing operating temperature of alloy to 1,000 °C with long-term strength average value at 1,000 °C and based on of tests for 100 hours (σ100 1000) not less than 118 MPa, with ultimate strength value σv at 800 °C of not less than 560 MPa, with yield point value σ0 2/10 of not less than 500 MPa at test temperature of 800 °C and density reduced to 8 g/cm3.
