SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical industry and cosmetology and represents a medical composition for the care of aging skin in order to maintain skin barrier function, containing a combination of active ingredients for care of aging skin and consisting of the following components: almond oil, fatty acids of linseed oil, amino acids, creatine and forming components, thus the ingredients of the composition are taken in certain proportions, wt%, or consisting of the following components: almond oil, fatty acids of vegetable origin with the ratio of Omega-6 and Omega-3 fatty acids 1 to > 1, amino acids, selected from one or more amino acids, including arginine, glutamine, histidine and serine, and/or at least one natural moisturizing factor, preferably pyrrolidone carboxylic acid PCA and/or urocanic acid UCA, creatine and forming components, thus the ingredients of the composition are taken in certain proportions, wt%, at the same time therapeutic composition for skin protection is provided in the form of emulsion of “water-in-oil” or “water-in-oil-in-water” types.
EFFECT: invention provides recovery of the barrier function of the skin, reducing dryness, itching and irritation of the skin.
