SUBSTANCE: water-in-oil cosmetic composition contains porous powder wherein powder particles have the next characteristics: specific effective area 1-299 m2/g measured by BET ISO 9277 method; flaxseed oil absorption 45 g/100 g-150 g/100 g of powder measured according to ISO 787-5; average particle diameter 2-100 mum preferably 2-50 mum. Powder is selected from powdered polyamide, polyamide esters, polyurethane, poly(methyl)methacrylate, acrylic polymers, polyester, silicone, and silica.
EFFECT: composition of decreased oiliness, luster, tackiness and improved texture and/or appearance.
