SUBSTANCE: machine comprises spout guide device, guide wire, preferably, metal, by two successive turns around space configured to receive at least one tie-up object, and twisting head arranged with possibility of rotation for twisting of wire superimposed parts. At that, twisting head comprises three guide channels passing close to each other through twisting head at its front end, and spout device comprises guide device, through which front end of wire is directed to third channel of head, when wire was drawn by spout device with first turn around space, and into second channel of head, when wire was drawn by spout device with second turn around this space.
