FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gynecology, and can be used for treating chronic non-specific endometritis. For this purpose, oral antibiotics in therapeutic dose are prescribed to patient from 3-4 days of menstrual cycle, taking into account sensitivity of strains, extracted from uterine cavity and cervical canal, bacteriophage is added orally after 3 days of treatment in volume of 20 ml daily for 5 days, and on completing course of antibiotic therapy bacteriophage is prescribed orally once again in volume of 20 ml every second day, 5 times.
EFFECT: method enables eliminating injuries and iatrogenic infecting of genitals, optimizing menstrual and recovering reproductive functions with termination of pain and pathological secretions from genital tract due to normalizing of microbiocenosis of genital tracts together with its harmlessness, low frequency of systemic side effects and possibility of use in out-patient conditions.
