SUBSTANCE: bacteriological culture from the uterine cavity and cervical canal is taken on day 7-9 of the menstrual cycle is taken using an intrauterine device. When Lactobacillus spp., Enterococcus faecali, Streptococcus viridans, Streptococcus agalactiae are detected, microbial factor is diagnosed at chronic nonspecific endometritis.
EFFECT: method application allows to diagnose the microbial factor at chronic nonspecific endometritis with high accuracy.
