SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to gynecology, and can be used to treat patients with chronic inflammation of endometrium. For this purpose, intrauterine administration of 7.4 ml of polyvalent complex pyobacteriophage for 10 minutes is included in treatment, the course of treatment consists of 5 procedures once in two days, at that, the uterine cavity is preliminary irrigated for 12-15 minutes with a freshly ozonated saline generated using ozone and oxygen mixture with ozone concentration of 4500-5000 mcg/l, after intrauterine administration of polyvalent complex pyobacteriophage, a pyobacteriophage-saturated swab is placed at the rear vault of the vagina for 3-4 hours. On the day when no intrauterine procedures take place, the patient receives pyobacteriophage orally, by 30 ml twice a day on an empty stomach for 5 days.

EFFECT: invention improves efficiency and safety of treatment by improving the functional state of the endometrium in the absence of side effects and complications, as well as its effectiveness, simplicity and affordability.
