FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gynecology, and can be used for treating bacterial vaginosis in non-pregnant women. It is provided by etiotropic therapy, according to results of microscopy and bacterioscopic findings. Course of drug-free therapy with lake "Elton" mud is also administered. For this daily applications of mud tampons into vagina are made at t = 38-40 °C during 1-10 minutes on 1st day, 15 minutes on 2nd day, 20 minutes on 3rd day, 30 minutes from 4-th to 10-th days with subsequent spraying with brine from lake "Elton" - solution of bromine-magnesium-sodium chloride composition, containing bischofite, diluted with distilled water to 1:10, heated to t = 38-40 °C. Therapeutic course involves 10 procedures, carried out independent of menstrual cycle phase.
EFFECT: method provides effective, safe, sparing pathogenetic treatment of disease, allowing to increase therapeutic effect and accelerate recovery time, reduce recurrence due to creation of optimal conditions for growth of own lactic acid bacilli.
