SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biochemistry. Disclosed is a method for capturing CO2 from a gaseous stream, as well as device for capturing CO2 from a gaseous stream. Method comprises contacting a gaseous stream comprising CO2 with a first absorbent liquid stream comprising carbonic anhydrase, absorption of CO2 by said liquid and its conversion into more soluble inorganic carbon. separating the first liquid stream into a second and a third liquid stream, wherein said second liquid stream comprises, relative to said third liquid stream, a higher concentration of the anhydrase, contacting the third liquid stream with a microorganism, capable of converting liquid- solubilized inorganic carbon into oxygen and/or biomass. Device comprises first and second fluid circulation system. First fluid circulation system comprises absorbing unit comprising an inner space, downstream of the absorbing unit - a filtration unit comprising a filter. Second fluid circulation system comprises a bioreactor or pond for culturing microorganisms.
EFFECT: invention provide higher efficiency of capturing CO2, reduction in pond specific surface area, reduced power consumption when regenerating the absorbing liquid.
